Pina Group International sources electronic components, LED lighting and custom-manufactured parts from factories across Asia, and ships them to importers and distributors in the Americas and Europe. One person you deal with, from the first enquiry to the container.

- Most enquiries start the same way: someone knows roughly what they need and does not yet know what it costs, who makes it, or whether the specification they were given is even the right one. That first conversation is usually the most useful part of the job.
- We quote against a specification, not a picture. If the specification is wrong for what you are actually building, we say so before you order — a slightly different LED, a different driver, a connector that will not fail in eighteen months.
- Samples come before bulk. Always, and without argument. Nobody should send money for a container of something they have not held.
- You deal with one person throughout. This is deliberately a small operation: what you get is someone who has been buying from these factories since 2006 and remembers what happened last time.
